Pensioner slapped with ASBO after singing Flower of Scotland to neighbour (www.thescottishsun.co.uk)

The Sun reports:A SCOTS Pensioner has been slapped with an ASBO after singing Flower of Scotland to his neighbour. Robert Kerr was washing his car while singing the country’s national anthem.

The pensioner from Biggar, Lanarkshire, says this is the latest incident in an ongoing feud with English neighbour Steven Calveley. The 68-year-old moved in next door to Robert and his wife Margaret four years ago – with problems going on ever since.

But in this latest episode, Stephen claims Robert changed the lyrics of Flower of Scotland to sing ‘send the b******* home to think again’ while directing it at him.

But Robert insists he was “singing to himself” and did not mean to upset anyone.
